Rosemary Street School…I taught there 1951-1953 and was Miss Collins then (now June Ibbotson). Other staff were Hammond and Minnie Wilson, Mr Copeland, Messrs Coopland, Popplestone, Herod, Simpson, Thorne, Hunter, Miss Vale, Mrs Cowens and an art teacher whose name I can’t quite recall.

I remember a Mr Popplestone I was in his class, he called us “guttersnipes” yes really.
