Memories of my grandfather (Edmund "Eddie" Brindle)

This is a great photo sent by Linda Hoskins, read what Linda says –

This shows a photo of my Grandfather (Eddie Brindle). He is on the front left of the photo. I don’t know a lot about his WW1 service, other than he was with the Royal Fusiliers Sportsmans Battalion. Although he survived the war (hence, I’m here!), he never talked about talked about it. He passed away in 1961, so I only just remember him.
