Ladies of Sporty Mansfield in the late forties

After a recent family bereavement I have found these two photo’s of Sporty Mansfield. I haven’t seen them before and I would like to know if anyone can recognize any family member or past acquaintance, or when and where they were taken. My late Auntie’ Barbra Brown nee Bridges is in the photo’s she is eighth from the right in the standing photo and sixth from the left at the back standing. She was born in 1928 so I guess they could have been taken about the mid to late forties. St Johns church can be seen in one photo so I am thinking that they could have been on the roof of the Mansfield shoe Co as I have seen similar photo’s on this web site. Also does anyone know the significance of the number 12 worn on their tee shirts and who the Gentleman is in one of the photo’s.
