Peter Shilton in Mansfield to promote his book

This is in approximately 1980 when the Ex Nottingham Forest and Englands most capped goalkeeper Peter Shilton came to Mansfield to promote his book. The two children at the front are my oldest son’s Gary and Neil with grandma in the center at the back. She was a big Nottingham Forest and Brian Clough fan and asked if she could take them to see him. It was a school day and she persuaded us, for them to have day off school as it is only once no one will know. This is the photo that was in the chad the following Wednesday for all to see.
