  • Hello Ron nice to see you, like myself is still around and ex RAF. I see Ian Grindle when I visit Mansfield he is now the Box Office Manager At Mansfield Palace Theatre. I did on one of my visits see Neil Lyons from Meadow Foundry before it closed. I am envious of the fact you now live in Norfolk I too was in the RAF stationed at Hopton on Sea Radar Station near Great Yarmouth. I now live in Lincolnshire and still visit Mansfield on a regular basis it’s a great place. They were great times (and Norfolk too ) You must log on to Our Mansfield more and submit your memories more often a really wounderful site.

  • A Mansfield friend told me about this site and I had some good matches with lads. I had come out of the RAF and met Malc Raynor the manager one day and he asked me to play for them. We had a good side then but I have only met Paul Comerford since about 1-year ago. Now living in Norwich but come to Mansfield regular for family and friends and Stags
