Copied from a 1939 booklet this advert will no doubt evoke memories of The Clumber Builders’ Supply Co., Ltd. through the years and items purchased there. Additionally the Fireplace with its coal fire brings back memories of ‘the front room’ or ‘parlour’ in houses many of us grew up in. Take note of the telephone number.
