Sheila Lines

Hello – I am looking for information on Sheila Lines, born 1932, who in 1949 was the recipient of a Royal Humane Testimonial and the Meritorious Service Certificate of the St John Ambulance Brigade.  At 17 in 1949 she was also a Nursing Cadet Sergeant in the St John Ambulance Brigade and Captain of Mansfield Ladies Swimming Club!  Can anyone provide any details?
